On this page you will find a number of downloads that help tell the account of Jesus calming the storm. 

In the bible this can be read in Matthew 8:23-27; Mark 4:35-41 and Luke 8:22-25.

To print this. 

Although the pages in the PDF look in a muddle, they are not! Simply follow these instructions and all will be well!

  • This needs to be backed, double-sided or duplex printed, short edge or short sided binding or whatever your machine says.  NOT LONG edge!
  • Then once printed you will see that there are two copies per page.  Simply cut the paper into two and staple them together to make the booklet

Jesus calms the storm - craft web

Very simple fold-over craft work. (PDF Download)

To print and use:

  • This download needs to be backed in the normal way.  If you are given a choice choose "Long Edge". It normally defaults to this anyway.
  • The "front" page is Jesus in the boat, with clouds and a sun in the sky
  • The "back" page has storm clouds at the top. 
  • Fold over the storm clouds at the dotted line, to flap over the sun on the "front" page.
  • So the story starts with the storm clouds.  Jesus calms the storm, and the storm clouds can be folded over to reveal the calm clouds and sun.

This, too, can be coloured in.
